We hosted our daughter’s 10th birthday party here. It was a private birthday party of 12 kids. They started off with some games followed by the painting lesson and celebration at party hall. In the end you get to take a group photo with your art work. All the kids had a blast. They get to take home the art work they do. They have a art studio, a room for games and a party hall. The place is spacious and vibrant with colourful walls and paintings. The instructors were friendly and helpful. Will recommend the place again.
Signed up for the adult paint nights on Tuesdays and I will say you will have the best time! The themes are well thought out and the instructor Holly is one of the main reasons we came back. The class is great for all types of painters ranging from beginners to experienced, always a blast. However Holly’s bright personality and great attitude is what makes it even better . Will be coming back to de stress all the time! Book your class, you will make friends and come home with beautiful art work.
My family loves Arts on Fire and have been attending classes for years. I’ve taken adult painting class, and my kids have taken multiple classes over the years, attended camp and we’ve also had birthday parties there. Sheri runs an amazing place, the teachers are all good, and the kids always have a blast and learn lots. Expressing yourself with art is so important, Ajax is lucky to have Arts on Fire. ?
My kids absolutely loved taking a PA day here! So amazing to have all the arts under one roof! And all professional lessons too! Highly highly recommend for all ages! Ajax is so blessed to have quality arts classes and drama within Durham region. ???
I would give it 10 stars if I could. Shery is amazing and the community she built in this art studio is so warm and welcoming. For the first time after so long, I felt I entered a community instead of a corporate. The space spreads love and good feelings, and the kids love it. I love it too!
Forget the kids, get out for an adult class or paint night! I didn’t know I could laugh that long and hard and still complete a painting. Also, apparently shy kids love improv? No one was more surprised that I!
