December 6th 2025, I had held my son's 1st big birthday celebration at Victoria Garden Banquet Hall. Communicating with Ahmad Shaw, (owner) was easy and very helpful to arrange the big day from the time of booking till the end of the party. The newly renovated hall is now more spacious, modernly decorated, with even larger dancing space! The food was exceptional, the staff were kind, caring and very professional. The guests were pleased and impressed by the delicious food, service and hospitality. Everyone had a great time and I was happy that (Ahmad Shaw-Victoria Garden banquet hall was able to meet all our expectations. Thank you once again.
Great experience all around. Ahmed Shah has been helpful throughout our wedding experience and helped us despite all the bumps we faced along the way. Definitely recommend for any weddings, especially afghan weddings. ??
My brother had his engagement party here and the experience was amazing. The staff and the entire team were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was perfect, and they took care of every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!
We recently hosted an event at Victorian Garden and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the staff and owner were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The venue itself is spacious, elegant, and our party was beautifully designed. The food was absolutely delicious (the mantu was amazing!!) and the presentation was top-notch. We received so many compliments from our guests on how perfect everything was. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or any special occasion, I highly recommend Victorian garden. It truly exceeded our expectations and helped make our event unforgettable!
Long review alert. Terrible experience at this hall unfortunately. Our party was on a Sunday at 1pm. We did not specify the end time since it was Sunday and we would play it by ear. We had booked for 55 people but for whatever reason 9 people did not show up. First red flag, we arrived at the hall 30 min before our guests were supposed to show up and it was locked, lights were off and we couldn't see anyone there. We kept calling and no answer, finally we had to drive to the back to get someone to let us in. Second red flag, the manager or owner (whoever it was) comes up to us during table set up and asks us if we want to add another dish to the menu since they made extra - when we double checked pricing he said it would cost $2 more per person. We declined. But as they were bringing food out they ended up bringing the extra dish anyway, one of the servers told my husband they would charge us $1 extra per person. WE DID NOT WANT IT AT ALL, not our problem they made extra so no need to pawn it off on us. He told them to take it back, they did not, said we could have it without extra charge. Third red flag, after food was served the staff accused us of having extra people...we told them we counted and counted and kept getting 44 and that they were welcome to come and count for themselves. They were adamant that we had used more than 44 plates. Well some people took 2 plates - 1 with salad and 1 with food but that did not mean we had extra people. We had to explain to 3 different people that less people came while they kept arguying and pushing back. Regardless we honored the agreement and paid them for the 55 people even though we had only 44. Final red flag and the last straw, as mentioned before it was a Sunday and our event was for 1pm....well around 5:30pm one of the staff comes up to us and says YOUR TIME IS UP, you need to leave. We had booked the hall never specifying that it would be till 5:30pm but they didn't care, they started taking table clothes off tables and cleaning up. Never had such a bad experience. This was very unprofessional and straight out disrespectful.
It’s now 2025 They have blocked us on social media and these people still haven’t given us back $5000 that we had put down even though on their contract it says only the $500 deposit is non-refundable. They are entitled to the $500 but the extra 5grand should be returned. This mishap was back in May. We had to cancel our reception due to a medical emergency and they owner said he would refund the excess but instead must’ve used the funds to aid in the renovations he had going on. The bridal suite that he claimed would’ve been finished in time for our reception wasn’t and it’s been like pulling teeth trying to get in touch with them for moving forward with legal proceedings. Find another hall.
I have been in Victoria Garden many times for parties, I love this place. The customer service is great and very friendly, the food is excellent. The severs are keep checking on the guests to make sure they don’t need anything. The owners, Frozan and Ahmad shah are taking care of this place very well. ❤️?
