I have never had such Terrible service from the female sales associate at this location specifically. She was unable to assist me with anything and was on her personal cell phone the entire time i was trying to speak with her while trying to decide on what mattress to get. I ended up having to leave and will never go back here. I highly recommend NOT going to this location

Although I had no problems sleeping on our 13yr old Kingsdown, my wife was getting lots of back pain. Our new Kingsdown mattress has immediately fixed all of her issues. We are extremely satisfied. Vince was very knowledgeable and helpful in our search for a new mattress. Recommended.
Popped in to check out some pillows due to my sleeping habits. Vincent was extremely helpful with his reviews. Needless to say its been a week and the pillow he selected for me has helped tremendously. Cannot remember the last time I got such good sleep!
We had a great experience buying our new bed at this Sleep Country location. we were helped by Vincent, and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and was focused on our needs, and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. The delivery was also great as they called (as promised) between 8-9am on the delivery day to give our time frame. The delivery was fast, and just as scheduled. I would highly reccomend!
I didn't go in for a mattress so this rating may not be fair. I went to buy bed sheets. Their selection is small and expensive but I managed to pick some up. I only went there because I had a small credit note. The sales rep was super attentive and helpful!
