After buying a home and raywal doing the cabinets with the builder in our home, It is impossible to add kitchen cabinets that matches the colour and model of your cabinets as raywal does not do business with general public. So be aware if you are buying a home that has cabinets done by Raywal!
My husband & I had the pleasure of working with Corey & his team at Raywal Kitchens. Corey was instrumental in designing our dream kitchen and all the cabinetry in our house with amazing functionality. Communication kept us in the loop during the stages of design, laying out the floor plan in our house, delivery, installation and final quality control. On delivery day the staff moved alot of cabinetry into our house being extremely cautious to protect our newly built custom home. Raywal’s team of installers showed precision with all their work and it shows in our flawless finished product. We could not be happier! A short while after installation Corey arranged for his quality control staff to visit and inspect the finished product. Any issues were addressed in this visit. My husband and I both highly recommend Rayal Kitchens, Corey and all his staff that was involved with our project.
By far the worst company I have ever dealt with no accountability and nothing ever gets done - I have been trying to address 2 issues from my 30 day warranty I’m currently going into my 3rd year and still nothing has been done! They tried to tell me my warranty is expired well of course it’s been almost 3 years but these issues should have been addressed in the first 30 days! I have been calling to no avail no one works at the Ajax location or if they do they don’t answer the phone this is outrageous I am beyond dissatisfied and clearly they do not care or have any intention to honour their commitment - this company is trash! They deserve 0 stars!
Raywal did a wonderful job for us. We recently bought a house from the Medallion Development in Whitby, and Raywal was their kitchen vendor. Though initially there were some issues like misalignment of cabinet doors, wrong handles, missing pieces here and there, or colour damages; but through the 30-day follow up process, Raywal really took good care of all the issues or gaps. I would like to specially mention about their technician Mohammad who was awesome and ensured a smooth finishing and nice touch up to my kitchen. Also, Jason and Rodney - two key folks from Raywal - took personal care and made sure the job is done up to our complete satisfaction. The kitchen looks great and we are very happy overall. We would highly recommend Raywal. Keep up the good work.
After buying your new home and having the builder use raywal kitchens be aware if at anytime down the road you need a cupboard to match you will be out of luck. Raywal kitchen does not help the customer after the builder installs you will be told to find a custom cabinet company near your home. Very poor customer service for the customer who is now stuck big companies no care and we the customer just accept it and continue to support these big companies.
Had our kitchen installed by them. We had a leak and needed a piece of 6 foot crown molding piece and they refused to sell us the missing piece. What? They said yes we have it but the order is too small so we wont sell it to you. We are due for a kitchen next year, and would never consider using them again. Also - our island panels are falling apart. Poor service, and poor quality. Yet their website states: "Raywal Cabinets is a well-established organization that focusses on exceeding customer’s expectations of a job well done. We accomplish this by our dedicated hard-working team of talented and field expert employees who share a focus on working together to deliver excellent customer service" What an absolute Joke.
I recently had my kitchen renovated and was very happy with both my cabinets and the installation process. I dealt with Kellie and she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped with cabinet and hardware selection, as well as helping with matching an appropriate crown molding and valance. Kellie came to my home to take final measurements, and delivery and installation of cabinets were on time and professionally attended to. Tim was the contractor Raywal used for installation and he was both friendly and extremely competent in his work. Any questions or issues I had were promptly addressed with no hassles whatsoever. I'm very satisfied with my new kitchen and the excellent customer service I received!
