The Land Rover dealership here is the worst. It's one thing to have them continuously mess up your quotes (thanks BL) but it's another thing to call the dealership to ask what time they close and they say 6pm on Saturday, and for you to show up at 545, the doors are locked and the front desk agent waiting to be picked up says the sales people left a smidge early today so they locked up. I drove an hour to get there and sneak a peek. I will need to find another LR dealer because I just can't deal with this one anyone. What a world of difference compared to the wonderful people at Jeep.
Staff was super friendly. I booked a test drive with Jide, one if the salesman, had a great experience not only with the vehicles but the excellent customer experience. I'm planning to purchase a new vehicle in the next 12 months and will purchase from this dealership.
I went today for my regular PM of Lexus, thee staff is as usual very kind and polite, the workmanship is up to the mark, skills level of technicians and Service advisor specially Man Ming is excellent, he always takes care of the client and the car, I am very much satisfied with this location and will strongly recommend to go there if you have a Lexus
I have been getting my landrover serviced here for a couple of years, brought it in last month for oil change, new wipers, and to have coolant checked as I was receiving a low coolant warning... but they only did the oil change and wipers, and said coolant was fine, likely just the cold weather. Went on a long road trip (700km) with my toddlers with the coolant light coming back on. When I returned home, I checked it was 2 inches below minimum...glad I didn't break down. Raised it with them and have since been ghosted for past 3 weeks. Lol I would have paid them to fill the coolant...
