Just pulled into a bay immediately after watching the attendant hose it down and spray down the walls. To my surprise, despite the attendant having just being there in the bay, and reopened it. THE SOAP BRUSH WAS MISSING, WITH THE HOSE TORN OFF. Unfortunately i saw this after tapping my card and paying $8 They don't care about the upkeep, or clients. Will never go back.
Used the shampoo and vacuum combo of which there was only one. Didn't realize the vacuum hose wasn't connected to the machine, so I had to repair it after I'd already paid so lost some time. Both the shampoo and vacuum accessories could use some TLC.
I should've read the reviews before I came to this dump. When a four year-old car wash works this horribly that means they specifically set it up to waste your time. Took one minute and 45 seconds to apply the pre-soak, and then they have the nozzles set up sideways so you have to do everything sideways basically andit took $12 to do what I normally do for four dollars at other car washes. Stay away. Lots of other car washes around
I had a very disappointing experience at 24 Seven Coin Car Wash. I visited the location to clean and wash my car, and while doing so, I hung my mats on the provided wall hangers to wash them. Unfortunately, the walls and floor had white paint or some type of residue on them, which transferred onto my mats. The paint has stained them badly and won’t come off, essentially ruining them. I contacted the car wash immediately and sent them pictures of the damage. The person I spoke with initially offered me some vouchers to clean again, but he never followed through. Later, he completely shifted the blame onto me, claiming it was my fault—even though it’s clear that the facility wasn’t properly cleaned or maintained. This situation could have been avoided if the area was cleaned properly. Not only was there no proper compensation offered, but the attitude and lack of responsibility from the staff made the whole situation worse. I would not recommend this car wash, especially if you care about your car accessories or want good customer service.
Half of the time was wasted, there was no pressure in the system. Soap didn't come out. The foam was non existent. I used 1 minute out of four and that was just pressurized water for the rinse. Was of money. Terrible experience.
Update, July 2023. This is the worst car wash in the area. They were amazing when they first opened but since then, there is no maintenance being done. Theres always a couple of bays that are not working and for the last few weeks there are only 2 bays opened. Of the 2 that are opened, 1 soap doesn't even work so technically only 1 bay is working. Don't waste your time and money on this place. They need to get their act together. Previous post 3 yrs ago: Love this new car wash. Met one of the owners and she's super sweet! Entrance isn't paved yet cuz the place is so new, but I can see it's in the works.
Clean environment and lots of room Edit: this place has gone down hill over the last few years, the power washers often do not work right, and it'll take the change without giving you the minutes.
