i have been a client of store manager, daniel, since his days @ fairview mall and have purchased multiple phones from him since...to his chagrin they all were blackberrys...the last of which, 5 yrs old, needs to be replaced... i decided to see if i could take advantage of black friday deals with my concerns being to find an affordable new phone and monthly package... i contacted daniel and after a couple of conversations i chose the google pixel 7...and then daniel found an affordable priced package covering the next 24 months ...the phone is being shipped and is scheduled to arrive tuesday...great dealing with daniel...as always..

I was searching for a specific prepaid phone. OSL at 2 Walmart locations were useless, then I remembered this location. I called first and spoke to Odane. Usually they not too helpful when it's prepaid because they want to sign you up for everything. Odane answered all my questions even though I didn't say I would actually purchase it from this location. When I actually went to buy it, he was there. Very helpful. Answered additional questions too. Thank you.
Absolutely awesome for customer service, even on Black Friday, Dan the manager accommodated us, knowledgeable, went over and above in all areas, service was prompt, if that wasn't the best service I've ever had it was pretty darn close, my hat is off to Dan the manager for taking care of us and his staff absolutely unbelievable!!
