I came inside to pre-pay gas and the lady saw me waiting at the front desk and she was still continuing what she was doing not to come help me and I told her to come give me service and another thing I’ve noticed is when I filled gas the first $.50 charge me without even gas being in my car this place is a scam ever come here again
I am writing to formally report an extremely upsetting experience I had at your 7 eleven. One of your employees—an older Indian man (I will provide his name on my next visit) treated me and other customers in a very rude and unprofessional manner.When a young woman asked him questions, he ignored her and responded in a disrespectful tone. Shortly afterward, as I approached the slushie machine for the first time, he suddenly began yelling at me, accusing me of making a mess I had nothing to do with. I had just picked up a cup and hadn't even touched the machine yet. Despite calmly explaining this, he continued to blame and humiliate me in front of others.Even more concerning, this employee displayed discriminatory behavior toward my friend, who wears a hijab. He stared at her inappropriately and then asked to check her bag without any reason, implying she was stealing. This was deeply offensive, Islamophobic, and racially biased.This was not the first time I have seen this employee act with hostility and disrespect toward customers. Many others I’ve spoken to have had similar experiences. I urge you to take this complaint seriously. Such behavior not only ruins the experience for customers but also reflects very poorly on your store. I am requesting that you investigate this incident, speak to the employee involved, and take appropriate disciplinary action. I would appreciate a response to this message letting me know what steps are being taken.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Decent quick service pizza and slurpees Better than most convenience stores but still somewhat pricey (it is a 7-11 after all) Sometimes gets busy during lunch time or evening time with people from school coming in, or from people claiming their lottery tickets.
This is a four star review because this gas station performs one excellent function. It regulates the price of close by stations. I do not go there for Canada Post mail or to collect Big Bucks. I don't care about that. I care to pay 5 cents less than other stations. Unfortunately they do not have a car wash, but there is one across the street in Shell.
First off, they are a 5 star when it comes to being a gas station and convenience store. Their flaw is the post office which is run by 7-11. They get confused when I bring in the pick up slips.
These motherlickers will constantly opt-out of giving you a "Big Buck" which, as the corporation mentions, is provided with every 30L fill-up but oh, hot spot dickity dot if you don't feel like getting a donut or kebab at $4.00 a shot. Next time you're in there, ask them why they don't offer movie rentals like they used to back some 3 years ago.
