This was honestly one of the worst experiences I ever had. I went to Rexall and bought the wrong medicine by mistake. I wasn’t even gone for 20 seconds I literally walked to the front of Little Cheese Pizza, realized it, and went right back. When I got there, one of the workers told me the store was closed. That made no sense because I had just been inside, and the paper on the door clearly said they close at 7:00 PM. But they closed at 6:57 PM instead. I could see two workers still inside working, and when I knocked on the window to ask if I could fix my mistake, they both looked at me and straight up ignored me. That was so rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything big, just help to change the wrong medicine. Instead, they acted like I didn’t exist. If this is how Rexall treats people, I’m never going there again. Horrible service and zero respect.
Called the pharmacy to ask if they have a certain medication which was on back order. She said she would fill it for me and to go there and tell the staff that I spoke to someone. I go to the pharmacy, wait in line and when finally someone decides to notice my existence, says she cannot fill the prescription. I wasted my time and would never step into that pharmacy again. Both people working there lack basic customer service skills.
Arrogant and not helpful pharmacy staff. While other pharmacies make the insurance processing smoothly, the staff wanted me to call them and ask , usually I see other pharmacies call insurance if there is an error in submission
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER !! I don’t want to give even a single start to this pharmacy it badly needs a knowledgeable & skilled pharmacist. BE AWARE if ur planning to get your flu shot here. I went to this rexall for getting flu shot yesterday evening for myself and my 2 kids. We went walk-in , they made us wait 1.5 to sign the form, (given reason the printer wasnt working), I can adjust it not a problem at all. After 2 hours of wait time , the pharmacist asked me to come inside for the shot, this is where the problem started. anybody can imagine what happened to me? When she started giving it she seems like in the rush, after needle went inside my arm the rest of the medicine popped outside, i never heard this kind of thing before & it happened to me I was in SHOCK. She pulled the needle alone out of my arm. I wasn’t sure how much medicine went inside and how much popped out, the lady pharmacist was worried more about medicine going waste than me suffering. Later she apologized & she was blaming the needle type !!! And telling me the amount went inside & she gave me the rest of the medicine in second shot!. I should have run out of this place after this but I made a mistake and continued with kids vaccine. For my daughter the same pharmacist trying to give flu shot she did it very hard (my daughter never cried for vaccines before not even a single time) she started crying, that lady took the needle out and poking her again second time my daughter was freaking out. I felt like she was experimenting putting the needle in and out, very bad. Then my 5 yr old son he started crying after hearing his sister scared took some time for him allow her. Finally she gave the shot. Overall a very bad experience. I will never go to this place again.
Pretty embarrassing that you have to call another Rexall to call this Rexall on your behalf, because they will go days without answering either the pharmacy or front telephone
My wife and I were looking to go to our local pharmacy to get our covid/flu shot. I called on Sunday to ask about availability and the gentleman at the pharmacy was very nice and explained that they could do walk ins anytime to just call ahead before you come so you know the wait time. I called this afternoon 2 days later at 4:30 to ask about availability/wait time and a different person answered the pharmacy phone. She was very short and very rude right off the bat. She told how busy SHE was and then said they only do walk ins between 10-3 daily. I said, I'm sorry but that was told different information a few days ago. I said since I was told different information can I come in She said well is it between 10-3 I said uh no, its not, she said then no you can't. If you go to this pharmacy watch out for the angry rude woman at the back.
Rexall has moved to a smaller location in the same plaza. The pharmacy helped me today find a unique vitamin for my wife's special needs. Store was not busy, small line up at cashier which went slow. Not her fault. She more than made up for it with her pleasant and friendly attitude. Store is well stocked and aisles are labelled , all easy to find all. Loads of parking
