Went earlier this week. Was made to wait 20 minutes for food. Ordered the special on Tuesday that was really overcooked. And a chicken sandwich combo and this is how it looked. The whole thing was charred and the patty was so thin. Such a waste of money
Ordered from door dash but called store directly with specific request for food to be prepared well done. It was not. Called location to request the order to be redone to which we would now have to drive over. Met with completely rude and unprofessional employees who insisted the order was done as requested and refused to remake the order for us and would not provide and name of manager or store owner etc then stopped taking our call. Completely unacceptable, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Should be zero star rating on here.
Pass by this store whenever i go get my BBT. Decide to give it a shot. Taste like a less salty KFC, decent chicken size. Staff very patient n nice. Gave me some great recommendations. Nuggets - taste nudbad Chicken - worth the try , skin taste good, meat need the gravy to enhance. ( don fancy why i need gravy to have tasty meat loo ) Fries - bad bad too dry n hard Coslaw - decent taste
Whatever they are doing at this location in Ajax keep doing it! I don't know how other fried chicken places are not going out of business because of it. Every single item I ordered was 10/10. It's been a long time since I've been impressed with a fried chicken place.
Their food is amazing. I love their wedges and chicken. So crispy and properly marinated. Very affordable price and friendly staff. I see people who are complaining about time, but it’s worth it. Give it a shot. You won’t regret it. ??
This place is a complete joke this use to be a good location but the new owners have no idea what they are doing. Chicken had been ready the whole time since I've been here and make me wait 15 before they finally put down wedges, all they're doing is joking around and talking a complete joke
Filipinos serving aren't as welcoming to other Filipinos comparing how other nationalities are being greeted. Don't want to sound like a "karen" here, but that is how me and my daughter felt when we were there waiting in queue. Visiting a place for the first time and seeing a fellow countrymen with this typical mentality makes me feel sad.
