After finishing the basement on our home we wanted to have wool carpet installed on the stairs and a matching area rug. We knew the product we wanted, Nature's Carpet, having had it in a previous home. The team at Exel were great to deal with. They provided the product we wanted at a fair price. Everything happened on the schedule they told us to expect. The installation went very smoothly and looks terrific. George provided us with a lot of good advice before and during the installation with great attention to detail. The women in the office, Charlotte and Anna, we're also a pleasure to detail with. We wouldn't hesitate to use Exel for any future flooring projects.
Excel Flooring is without doubt the best carpet installation company we have ever hired. George and his team did a fantastic job and the final result was better than we had hoped. Apart from the quality of the carpet and the installation itself, the team was very respectful of our newly painted walls and baseboards and restored the rooms to exactly the way they were before the work. My husband and I have been slowly renovating our home for the past 5 years and finally it was time to get our kitchen floors replaced! Our old kitchen floors were poorly done, it had 3 layers of flooring under it from previous people just laying down vinyl on top of vinyl. It had creaks and was uneven in places. We got quotes from 3 different companies but in the end we decided to go with Exel. Fotis had come to do our consultation and was extremely patient and took the time to look at the condition of the floors. We felt compared to the other companies, Exel actually cared about not just making our floors look good but also fixing all the issues we had such as the creaks. Everyone at Exel was so friendly and easy to work with, just a group of genuinely kind people. We are over the moon with how good our floors look! For almost a week after getting them done my husband and I just looked at eachother and smiled because we are just so happy with them. We have lots more floors in our home that need to be done and we couldn't imagine hiring anyone else! P.s. Sorry about my cat in the photos,he clearly likes the floors too lol

My whole basement flooded and I was beyond frustrated and annoyed. I contacted EXEL Flooring from google and the owner came right away to give me an estimate. Never have I ever felt so calm and reassured. I met a guy there in the name of Jasper, and he was just spectacular. Although he was just a staff, he was insanely talented along with the owner. The owner recommended high end vinyl planks for the basement and I must say, it turned out amazing. I was really impressed with the outcome and the service they had provided. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends. Not only the price is affordable, but the quality is great! 2 thumbs up!!!!!
