1. Accused us of not paying2. Didn't fulfill the contractual agreement. Flowers and Backdrop were both incomplete. A total of 9 things she wrote on our invoice/agreement she did not do... she refuses to give any money back.3. Very difficult to communicate with.4. Flowers were left outside the venue for anyone to take.5. Accused us of being people that are difficult to deal with and why she is retiring. She should retire because she obviously can't keep up!Don't go with her as she willNOT deliver on what you agree on!VERY DISAPPOINTED
Worst service ever! Extremely unorganized & not efficient! Took forever to return my emails! Was not on the ball at all! Not to mention she bailed on my wedding (who does that?!)!!! Completely unreliable!
