This is a change review, the work was done ok, The contractor new what he was doing, Where I think they fall down is in there attention to the small details. 1. The corking that was used starts to crack in some areas after a few weeks. 2. I had to call him back about the plumbing as the pipe under the sink was leaking, again poor choice of material and fixtures. 3. Had to call back about the toilet, not sure if an installation issue , but smell keeps comming up from the toilet. 4. The vent cover in the kitchen floor keeps falling apart, might have to get a better on on my own. I gave a 3 star, because there where no serious issues with the work, but I feel the work lacked focuss and attention to details.
We learned about Jajio Renovation from their ad in our church bulletin. Recently we had a basement reno done by them, and are happy to share that we got excellent value for our money. Our agreed upon estimate was reflective of the final costs, with additional unplanned costs, such as insulation and vapour barrier, being reasonably priced. The project completed on time. Victor and Victoria were very friendly, helpful and replied to messages promptly. The crew were friendly and courteous. Victor, when contacted after receiving final payment, promptly came back to take care of a small issue, which reflects his professional integrity.
