I had a great experience getting my tires changed at Ajax Genesis. The text reminders made it super easy to confirm my appointment, and Carla and Karlene are always so warm and hospitable they really make you feel at home. I also appreciated having a comfortable space to get some work done while I waited. I had shared some feedback with Carla based on an experience I had with another brand, and she took it and “leveled it up” .I love that kind of service mindset. My car was also cleaned beautifully, which was such a nice touch. Overall, the service and hospitality were exceptional. I’ll definitely be back!
This is a great location. Genesis is sharing the space with Hyundai but they have made it work. The vehicles are great and the staff very friendly. You guys have made a difference on dealerships.
Great place to buy a new car people are nice and the price is right especially there new 2023 hyundai elantra. Genesis is sharing the dealership with Hyundai right now so you get the best of both worlds.

Update (1 year later):⭐️ The sales department at Ajax was great...my experience with the service department has been terrible. I don't know if this is a Genesis issue or an issue with the management at this specific location, but it's been a nightmare. They are actually dangerously incompetent. I've had issues with misrepresented parts, paint issues, and sensor issues, but most recently, I went over a pothole. They then attempted a repair (which failed) and rather than tell me, they re-installed the damaged tire onto a broken rim, failed to balance it, and then returned the car to me as "repaired" . I drove it around for a few days before i realized id been duped. It took them 4 weeks of me having my car in the shop before they admitted to the mistake. They still won't take accountability for it. They only admitted it in while they attempted to bully me into returning the loaner.
