When my tenants moved out, they removed one of the windows (believe it or not). It was an old aluminum frame window from the late 80 but it still worked great. I thought that I would have to replace the whole window costing me thousands (with installation). However, Nick and his team came to the rescue. They were able to make a a duplicate frame and glass (thank goodness I still had another one left). Honestly, I was still skeptical that this could be done but it was worth a try. After about a week, they called me to pick it. I paid for it and took it back and it fit PERFECTLY! I was so impressed and it saved me thousands since I didn't have to replace the whole window. Thank you !
The worst retail customer service I have ever experienced. Did not call when they said the would, twice actually, took qa month for a one week job and then did not complete the work we had agreed to. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!
