I did a 6-week boot camp at DBA and lost 13 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle. I was in horrible physical condition when I started and while I'm not ready to run an Iron Man competition, I'm in far better shape than when I started. You will sweat like you've never sweat before in the boot camps. The instructors Brock, Steve, and Kyle are awesome; very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I should also mention that hitting stuff is a lot of fun as well. Gets the stress and the anger out.

Has a nice personal atmosphere!! Everyone is extremely nice, and never show any kind of judgment. Trainers are amazing! Kyle, Steve, and Brock are all there to whoop your butt into shape, but they're very down to earth.They make you feel accepted and comfortable.Can't wait to sign up for another 2 months!!!!
Brock Arthur is a FKN machine! I've been friends with this guy since high school, and he has literally spent every day of his entire life improving himself and honing his skills. If anyone is SERIOUS about training and achieving their highest possible skill level, then Brock is your man and DBA is your place. You get what you put in, but Brock will add a little extra Ginger Fire!!!!
Just completed the 6 week bootcamp, and I highly recommend it. Great, supportive coaches, excellent atmosphere where everyone pushes each other with different, creative and challenging workouts. Originally, I signed up just for the camp, but, became a full member once the camp was over.
