We have used Rodman’s for almost 20 years for our furnace and AC and they always give great service, their techs are always on time, polite and nice and do a great job. We even bought our newer furnace from them. We highly recommend Rodman’s!
The furnace cleaning was well done as expected. We did request that the technician turn our hot water heater temperature down, as it was too hot. I don’t believe that was completed, as the temperature doesn't seem to have been reduced.

Amazing service from the ladies in the office to the service engineers who came out time and time again over the last few days to solve our furnace problem. No heat is no fun but they worked relentlessly with the manufacturer to get to the bottom of the issue. Big thank you to Steven who was the wizard who finally fixed the problem and made it super easy for me to understand what the complication was.
