It was my first time using The Maids and the experience was absolutely first-class. We had the team come in for post move-out clean. Me and my partner were extremely satisfied with the clean. While there were some minor hiccups in the process, Cory went above and beyond at every junction to make things right. She was always communicative and receptive to my situation. A big shoutout to Christina and her team who actually facilitated the clean. They were friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with on the day of the cleaning (I think they were team red that day)! I would happily recommend the Maids to anyone in need of cleaning services. I know who to call the next time I need things clean.
What I love about The Maids is that it's a team of people who come in (usually at least 2 of them are constant with 2 rotating team members). When you have multiple people working from home, having the house cleaned (and cleaned well!) top to bottom in about one hour is just so appreciated. Yes, the price is higher than having a single person, but the convenience of that speed is worth it. They use booking technology to remind us, and to give us the heads up when they're on their way. Super impressed with the whole operation, and grateful for cheerful people doing this work. (Hearing laughter while they help each other is never a bad thing, and speaks well to the way the company is run!) Thankful to have The Maids in my home.
Professional, friendly, and they did a phenomenal job. This is the second time they've been back, and they just rock... So I've signed up for monthly service! I live with my 2 boys, and they make quite a mess. Thank you The Maids, for keeping my place liveable!
