Ankit (Pintu) was extremely professional, punctual and diligent in the work! Prices are also very reasonable! He installed a new ac unit at my place and he didn’t cut any corners in the installation and made sure the ac unit was up and running before leaving! He made sure that the place was cleaned after the installation.
Our AC broke right at the beginning of the extreme heat wave. I contacted Expert Heating and Air Conditioning. Pintu was able to help us right away. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a new AC unit and replaced our 20 year old unit the same day. He worked late into the evening to ensure we had the AC installed and did not suffer through the extreme heat. Highly recommend his services. He is courteous, punctual, and professional. His pricing is reasonable and provides excellent workmanship.

TLDR: Pintu is kind, professional, and with 11 years of experience, clearly knows his stuff! Unfortunately though, his communication, organization, and reliability are severely lacking. We gave allowance the first couple times but have now decided to go with a different HVAC company going forward. --- Our HVAC unit just so happened to stop working during one of the worst heat waves the GTA has had in a while (incredible timing)... I initially made a call to a different company because this one wasn't able to see me till 10pm (it was sweltering hot; we needed the AC fixed ASAP!). Unfortunately, that first HVAC team couldn't diagnose what the issue was, so I ended up agreeing to see Pintu at 10pm. Once Pintu arrived, it took him about 15-20min to identify the problem! Being a Sunday though, he let me know that he couldn't order the replacement part until the following day, which he ended up needing to drive out to to pick up. Once he arrived with it, problem was fixed in no time. My only feedback is his punctuality. I appreciate him fitting us into his busy schedule, but we believe it's important to communicate with your clients and keep them updated rather than having them wait around. He says he'll arrive at a certain time but ends up arriving HOURS later – very unprofessional, in my opinion, especially considering how we accommodated his promised arrival time into our busy schedules. UPDATE: Reached out to Pintu for some new problems with my HVAC and same issue. Tells us he'll arrive the next day and turns out to be a no-show because he forgot to add us into his calendar. Been trying to get into contact with him since, but no pick up. To save our precious time, we've decided to go with a different company.
