Trash service, and even worse service rep Jonathan Ramirez. Stya away from this guy and don't service your car there. He gives the whole dealership a terrible rep

Customer service second to none. Though I didn't officially have a service appointment, the representative received me and was able to take care of me, in a timely manner.

Adam was very good in setting everything up and it was a smooth transition. Had the tech show me most of the new features before I drove off and made my experience a good one. My last vehicle was also purchased at Ajax Infiniti and had also a good relationship with them.

Manav and Amit : The best and they both ensured that the car selection process and delivery process was smooth. I would highly recommend them and the dealership. Thanks. July 2023 : I really appreciate the dealership effort in trying to help me in all the possible way to get my car Ac fixed.

I had a very positive service experience. Ravi took great care of me from start to finish. My car was not going to be ready in time so he put me in a loaner so I would be able to pick my children up from school. My vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Thanks for the terrific service Ravi & team!
