My husband and I have been frequenting Jaguar Lakeridge for a number of years for our various vehicle’s service needs. We have been very pleased with the care that we’ve received, in particular, from Chris and Paul, who have gone that extra step.
I was having trouble activating my Jaguar InControl Services. I had just bought my car from a non-Jaguar dealership, but Rob the Sales Manager still took the time to go through some trouble shooting steps, and then steer me in the right direction towards activation. This type of service gives me confidence in using this dealership for future maintenance needs.
If there was a Zero- that would be our experience with this dealership. I purchased a Jaguar F pace 2018 Diesel- Basically a Lemon- constant issues. $$$$ We brought it in for detailing a while back and they took it for a test drive and came back with some broken hose ended costing us $4741.24. Nothing wrong at the time, but they found something wrong. I would estimate my repairs to be at least $15k-20 k in the 4 years we have owned this!! Anytime we bring it in, the magic number is always $5k. Icing on the lemon cake of a vehicle. MY diesel engine, died at 167km, diesel engines are suppose to run 300,000 even 400,000 km. We got it towed to the dealership and was quoted $28266.65 for a replacement. No remorse, they do not stand behind their products. Basically just told us we didn't purchase extended warranty! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER OR ANY JAGUAR products. They keep saying you purchased a High end vehicle, comes with high end cost, but no value -0$ value to their products. Basically i'm stuck with a vehicle I can no longer drive due to the faulty engine & an abnormally repair cost of $ 28 k+++. NO customer service!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR BRAND EVER!
I’ve leased a Jaguar FPace from this dealership for the past 3+ years and recently bought the vehicle upon lease termination. The vehicle required a windshield replacement, so the process was started with the service manager Greg Cherebin over one month ago. After initiating a claim with my insurance company a confirmation was emailed to Greg on July 20th to complete the job. After chasing Greg with multiple calls, voice mails and texts to set up an appointment no response was reciprocated. After leaving him an unpleasant voicemail I finally received a call for an appointment set for August 10th. A loaner vehicle was also confirmed as part of the arrangement as I was dropping off the vehicle on August 9th and picking it back up on Thursday August 11th. During the drop off a loaner vehicle had not been arranged, however Greg Kerkos was able to secure a loaner vehicle last minute. I called Greg Cherebin the morning of Thursday, August 11 to arrange pickup time for the vehicle and he informed me the work hadn’t even started. He said the technician was on his way and the job would be completed by 2:00. Upon arrival he presented me with an invoice of over $2,900.00 which I had to pay prior to pickup? I explained that this was already claimed and approved by my insurance company which he claimed he had no confirmation of. I explained that I also texted him that the claim had been confirmed on July 20th. This was the first time he ever mentioned that he was not in receipt of this confirmation. I then had to phone my insurance company and present the confirmation to Greg. I actually had my insurance adjuster on speaker phone with both Greg’s present to hear the actual confirmation was emailed to Greg Cherebin on July 20th, but he just kept interrupting the conversation and stating he never received it. The bottom line is Greg Cherebin never took responsibility for his ineptness, he never apologized for wasting a customer’s valuable time, was extremely unfriendly and attempted to deflect any responsibility away from himself. A simple service call was turned into a one month nightmare. There is definitely something lacking in the service culture of this dealership. The one saving grace for proper service is Hassani who welcomes customers when they arrive with their vehicle. The salesperson Rob W. was also a pleasure to deal with when I originally leased my vehicle.
Probably, many of us encountered this from the sales people at JRL, Ajax. I have heard from many of my acquaintances that sales persons here got lots of attitude. I didn't realize until I faced it myself. First time I met a rude person. But next time, John from sales was awesome. He welcomed us open mind & we had good chat & it was smooth & convincing. Booked Defender immediately after speaking with him. Awaiting for delivery. -- 2023
What an amazing experience. I came in here so confused after looking a multiple SUVs. Trish helped guide me to the right vehicle, I probably test drove 10 and left with a vehicle I hadn't considered. I'm so glad she was working the day I walked in. Love my Range Rover!
Recently purchased an XE, it was a great experience. Jason and Liam went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to drop by and visit, the location is beautiful!
