First time ordering from here . Food was really good but the portions where small .If I was the owner and noticed a new customer I would have made a attempt to make it super portioned.. idk just my opinion..
First, the phone number doesn’t go through. Second, update your time you guys are open till. I went around 8:30 and they were close on Tuesday evening when it said 9 pm closing time. Very disappointing and clearly the reviews tell alot.
I went in to get chicken soup on a cold rainy day! I asked the store person to show me the sizes of soup 16oz or 24oz…he barely wanted to do that! Then I got the 16oz soup and it was thin broth with one piece of chicken with some squash! No dumplings potato yam or even a noodle! This was $10. I won’t be returning!
This store is pathetic. I tried to call the store before making an order online on uber eats. I called them 5 times and the phone never rings. I tried calling them on the uber eats app which is a different number than what I called earlier and it’s a collection agency number. Long story short they cancelled my order which I’m assuming they ran out of the dish I ordered. I tried to replace the order with something else on their menu and they cancelled again. They charged me for the order and I’m still waiting for my refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATLEAST UPDATE YOUR AVAILABLE MENU AND HAVE A REACHABLE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO YOUR STORE!!
I ordered an Uber eats. what you advertise and what is your actual pack comparing to the advertised portion. The portion is so low not even close you are scamming customers
It may look like soup but this is how I asked for it and it was amazing. If you know when you reach the bottom of the container and there is no sauce. This was not the case. I ordered an oxtail meal on Uber and the staff on the phone was so nice. It tasted amazing.
I got the oxtail and stew chicken I couldn't taste the meat only the gravy, which wasn't good. Now they have made it much easier for me to drive to beryls. I would I have typed more, but I just can't be bothered..let's just say, I only go there because it's convenient, not because it's the first thing I think about when the sun rises I'm only eating it because I spent $40..not cuz it taste good..
