Working with Aya Kitchen Gallery was a wonderful, stress free experience. Walked into the showroom after a few months of trying to find the right fit. Cassandra was welcoming and very informative. Over the next few months Cassandra and Jordan worked professionally and diligently to complete my long-awaited Kitchen project. Finally completed and very happy with the end result! Cassandra and Jordan answered my questions, indulged my curiosities and work was clean and concise. Thank you Cassandra and Jordan for a job well done!
I had a horrible experience with AyA and would strongly advise others against using them as a company for kitchen renovations. I experienced too many issues to provide an exhaustive list in this review but the most egregious were that they took twice as long to compete the job as promised (17 weeks for a small condo kitchen), the designer was incompetent and made many costly, careless errors which impacted the final result and caused me to incur additional expenses to correct, and their customer service was horrible across the many different people I spoke to including management (trying to blame others, skirt responsibility, deny until proven guilty, etc.). Their installer also left my condo covered in sawdust and garbage, didn’t clean up any of his cabinet waste, scratched my floors and walls, kept having to come back weeks after he was “done” to fix things, and generally had an unpleasant demeanor. The end result of all this was no apology, no admission of any wrongdoing, no attempt make things better for the customer. I’m just glad to be finally done dealing with them and I wrote this review to hopefully save at least one other person the nightmare of choosing this company.
This location is spotless a d has a large array of options to look at to help achieve your design goals. Michelle is excellent in carefully listening to your needs and translating that into a design for your kitchen or bath that works perfectly and achieves all of your goals! The range of materials helps to maintain a vast range of budgets... and the use of professionals like Michelle gets you to your goal faster and better than trying to "DIY" it! The professionalism, quality, style and understanding of this team makes me highly recommend Michelle and Aya.
