EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The woman who answered the phone was awesome and her approach was flexible, she said Darrin may just be able to fix my lock, instead of replace it. She didnt try to sell me something without knowing the issue. Darrin came and was also awesome, friendly and professional, he was able to fix it at a quarter the cost of what another locksmith had quoted. Ajax Locksmiths Inc. is the best! Darrin was super responsive, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He could have upsold me a new lock but simply replaced the interior of the lock, made me some new keys and even fixed the plate on the door to strengthen the mechanism.
