I had my anatomy scan here. Not the best place to go. Tech was rushed and didn't explain too much. Though I asked few questions, seems like she is not willing to answer them. She doesn't have a good bedside manner. So I just ended up asking for the report. I will be going to another place to do my future ultrasound. The only good thing about this place is the receptionist in the front desk is very nice and friendly but the u/s tech, not so much.
Had book an appointment for xrays of my back n knee. When I called to book the receptionist was very helpful. When I went in today both the receptionist were very pleasant and professional. The technician was very polite, gental n professional. I was taken on time. I would definitely recommend that you book an appointment n not walk in as they were fully booked.
Waste of time, called ahead and asked about accommodations for a 2-year old and they said yes. Showed up and they could not deliver. Admin staff not knowledgeable.
Don't go here for X-rays. The 'walk in appts' are few & fit in between all the other services that DO get appts. I went at beginning of the x-ray time window (10:30 Thurs) & they closed appts for the day right then! I was told my wait was 30-40 min. I saw 8 patients turned away in the 1.5 hr wait I had before getting in! Inefficient & unfair 'Rules' of taking patients. And the parking is NOT free as advertised! The front desk staff & technician only wanted to argue & justify their 'Rules'. No one cared about my unfair wait or all the upset patients turned away!! EXR must improve their way of doing business!!
Disappointed with the lack of guidance and support. Their team was unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance. I expected better communication and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. Would not recommend if you’re looking for real guidance!
Horrible Service. The the ultrasound tech had a such a unwelcoming cold attitude for no reason. The communication between staff and clients are horrible. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.
I had my first dating ultrasound done here to determine my estimated due date and viability of my pregnancy. Following a missed miscarriage earlier this year, I was anxious for this visit - especially since I've had poor experiences at other ultrasound clinics in the past. The staff was amazing! I was called into an ultrasound room early, and didn't wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The ultrasound tech was very kind, empathetic, and professional during my visit. At the end of my visit, she called my husband into the ultrasound room to see our Baby, told us how far along we were and what our estimated due date is, and even gave us a free ultrasound photo (I know some places charge $5 for them). I know I definitely will continue to come here for the duration of this pregnancy for my ultrasounds.
