I had a very positive experience at Dynacare Care Rossland Ajax. Even though I arrived late, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They were already wrapping up for the day, but they still accepted my request and helped my two-year-old with a blood draw. I’m truly grateful for their patience, understanding, and compassion. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
0 stars Watch out because the good reviews sound generic and fake The service is outrageously bad. I almost can't believe this. We live a bit far and drove to get what we needed for a stool sample for a toddler. They seemed very lost and didn't give me any instructions, they looked at the requisition and then gave it back, very unhelpful. We collected the sample, which is quite the task when it's a toddler, my husband drove all the way there and dropped it off. He said that they looked at it and accepted it. 8 hours later we got a call saying that they needed the requisition. They didn't ask for it during drop off. We sent it and then an hour later, we got a call saying that everything we did was for nothing because we didn't pay. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US OR CALL US THE WHOLE DAY! We'd have been happy to give them our credit card number, or to even drive there to pay. I'm grateful that this wasn't an urgent test and our health wasn't in their hands, because we'd be lost.
People beware. I went in for routine blood work. It was 2pm, on a Wednesday. Wasn’t busy. A technician took me in about 5 min, which I was stoked about. Let me tell you when this technician was about to take my blood, she felt for the vein, cleansed the area , then palpated for another 10 seconds. The needle went in, and no blood!!!! Then this woman had the audacity to start fishing all different ways for my vein, while needle was inside. Never have i ever had a technician not be able to find my vein. My whole arm is black and blue. I will NEVER be back to this location. Dynacare do better.
I had a great experience at my recent blood test at this location thanks to Mirasol. She was very professional and patient. The process itself was quick and painless. Her skill and friendliness made this a comfortable visit.
This Dynacare Laboratory location offers top-tier human interaction and care. If you prioritize attentive, patient service and are able to budget extra time into your schedule, you will be well taken care of. If speed and efficiency are your main concerns, you may find the wait challenging. I hope the clinic can address its operational flow to match the stellar quality of its employees.
Terrible customer service at the front desk… I went into to give my GCT for 24 weeks pregnancy and I knew what I was going in for still had to confirm them that I’ll be fasting for the next hour right and the lady on the front desk was very rude saying “Yes, you’ve to be in front of our eyes you can’t leave the building in case and must finish the glucose within 3-5 mins” ( with all the firmness and the strict voice) as if I was going to run away with the glucose water On top of this while I was drinking my water the front desk lady was eyeing me down entire time and of course I would finish it within five mins but I can’t finish in one, I started using my phone to check somthing and she started “ You know you’ve to finish this as soon as possible” I stayed calm and just nodded …. Not a pleasant experience for a pregnant woman … Although the person who took my blood eventually was very nice she was in a hijab, so the two stars are just for her.
Great service. I have been to this lab a few times. Everyone is very nice and friendly. My technician this morning was Joann. She was amazing. Keep up the great job everyone.
