I have done business with Rockbrune Movers for years and find them to be very professional and give great care in providing their moving services. I recommend them if you need a mover.
Rockbrune messed up my mom's move to her new condo. Their quotes are undervalued because the estimator doesn't know how to provide accurate estimates. Furthermore, he scheduled the move for Tuesday, September 12, but the the movers incorrectly showed up on Saturday, September 9th. The contract is very complex and the fine print is not even legible. They quoted one price, but then ended up charging another price. They were not able to deliver all her stuff on the day of the move within building security guidelines. Building security never had any issues with other movers in the past. Rockbrune movers had to come back to finish, 2 days later, but held my mom's stuff (including medication) during that time. My mom had to pay the elevator deposit again and the movers wanted $450 more. My mom tried to refuse to pay, but they packed up the truck and threatened to leave. They left my mom no other choice but to pay $450 more! This unsatisfactory experience leads us not to recommend Rockbrune.
The company under-quoted us by quite a bit so budgeting our move was impossible.The arm of one of our couches was torn in the move. When I contacted the company regarding this, they never responded.
