Malini mam taught in a very friendly way. My son learned basics in oils pastels. He enjoyed every class. Each class was exciting for him to paint a new artwork. I would suggest parents to encourage their kids towards arts based on their interest. I would definitely recommend Ms.Malini's arts classes.
Your oil pastel lessons are so clear and easy to follow. I’m improving a lot because of your guidance. The step by step demonstrations helped me understand techniques like blending, shading and highlighting.I feel more confident in my artwork now. Truly grateful for your teaching.
I enrolled my 8-year-old daughter in the 8-week beginner oil pastel online course, and she enjoyed the artwork choices presented by Ms.Malini. Her method of breaking down the drawing process and offering guidance on selecting appropriate color combinations was helpful. However, my daughter found that Ms. Malini's teaching pace was a bit fast, which at times made it challenging to keep up. From a parent's perspective, I believe the course would benefit if being age-specific. Mixing younger children, from 7-year-olds, with adults can be difficult, as some complex drawings may be harder for younger participants to fully comprehend and follow, resulting in reduced engagement and interaction. We also feel that extending the class duration from 45 minutes to 1 hour would have been more beneficial. In addition, providing a more detailed feedback once after students present their artwork would be valuable, helping them correct mistakes, practice, and gain confidence with the medium. Lastly, the requirement to purchase specific professional-grade materials from Amazon shortly after registration, presented an unexpected challenge. Receiving this information in advance would have allowed for better preparation and avoided delays in receiving the materials. That said, Ms.Malini is an exceptional artist, and we deeply appreciate all of her wonderful work and teachings. Thank you!
