These guys are awesome. Used them for my son's birthday and they were incredibly helpful. Very responsive to all my messages and organized drop off at my location while I was out for dinner... what great service. Thanks for making it so easy and will be using them for the next party!!! Please get a Mario and Luigi if you don't have one lol
Very disappointed. I was trying to book an inflatable jumping castle for a business and I never once got a reply back after they said they were available for my day. I called, texted, emailed and sent numerous messages via social media. We also went with another company . Very poor customer service
Very unresponsive company. We’ve been trying over a week to book a mascot for our daughter’s birthday. We’ve sent emails, text messages and calls with only one response saying they’ll get back to us later that day as they were at party. Would have been fine if they actually got back to us. We ended up going with another company.
We rented Elmo and not only was the costume amazing, clean and perfect but they were so flexible, kind and really made it as easy as possible. Totally recommend and will absolutely be a customer with them in the future when needed :)
We've used mascots n more many times in the past. They are a wonderful company to deal with and go above and beyond with setup and everything else. Would highly recommend for your kids party or even just a weekend of fun! Btw.. It will help them sleep better at night giving you that nice break!
I rented a jumping castle and popcorn machine for my daughter’s 4th birthday and our friends and family loved every moment. My original email was about two weeks before my event and everyone who works for this company is amazing great communication and they worked around our schedule for drop off and pick up which was so helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be contacting them soon for future events.
Professional, friendly, and excellent customer service! I cannot recommend this company enough!! We got a jumping castle, sno-cone machine, and the Paw Patrol mascot service for my sons birthday. The mascots were amazing with all the kids! The jumping castle and sno-cones were a huge hit at the party too, and upon pickup time, the owners saw some kids still really enjoying the castle. Since it was their last pickup of the day, they offered to keep the castle up and running for a little longer to let the kids play! It's very clear this company loves what they do and are in this for the children. You guys will forever have my business! Thank you for making my sons birthday a huge success!!!
