Ripped table. No discount. Staff over charging on drinks. Not happy . worst pool hall ever. I have been in a hole in the ground with better pool eddiquite. Thry let us play on a ripped table? And chsrged us full pop?
We had so much fun there. My husband and my son Archie played so much pool we had drinks lots of laughs. And the waitress was so kind she made us feel welcome. Thank you ?
It's always been a great place to play pool. Been going there for years to play billiards and always had great times. Only good memories from this place.
Came in with my friends at 11:30pm on Friday December 22, 2023 Left at 12:30, only 1 hour later and got charged for 2 hours and 47 minutes at the cash register, Said we came at 9:57pm!! Should have only been charged $38!!! There was no miscommunication, $20 per hour for 2 people and $18 per hour more for the other 3 friends. lady could not check the cameras as boss was not in at that time, took ID and threatened not to give it back until paid for the time we did not, was treated badly and felt disrespected, I do not recommend this establishment unless this situation gets resolved.
Poor customer service. I looking for info on a tournament and the guy was short and expecting me to know everything but I am new from out side of town and was looking for a few questions answered.
The first time I went here months ago, the place wasn't busy but they didn't have enough glasses to give me and my group more drinks until we finished our cups and they would quickly clean our cups and reserve us. I gave the benefit of the doubt because it's in ajax and it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Tonight my friend tripped on a step and stumbled a bit before getting served anything and they said they wouldn't serve us at all. We were all sober and was just looking to play some pool. Never coming back.
Well Sunday was 1st CPA play after COVID 19 shut down and Wow Frank I felt so comfortable!! Everyone wore there masks, hand sanitizer was offered everywhere throughout.....a disinfectant spray for cues....clean sanitized balls after every match....social distancing was very well organized plus much more. I must also mention as always welcomed back by Frank and friendly staff with smiles (I think as masks did cover...lol ). Thanks for ensuring a safe environment team!!
