Very let down by the customer service. The book quality itself was fine, but the experience wasn’t. I ordered 10 Perfect Bound books from Canada Copy for my father’s memorial with a firm deadline. Julie, the customer rep, personally assured me they would arrive the day before the service and said she would oversee the shipment herself. Not only did the books not arrive on time—they showed up five days *after* the memorial. These were meant to be a key part of the event, and receiving them afterward made them essentially useless for their intended purpose. I requested a partial refund due to the missed deadline, but the owner, Daryl Theur, declined despite the circumstances. This could have been resolved easily, but the refusal to make it right is why I recommend choosing a different printing company.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend. Communication was so poor, owner was rude, they completely botched my order and offered no recourse. Did not send a proof ahead despite requesting one. I even followed up by email asking for it and they assured me it would be okay, without seeing a proof. Guess what? It was wrong. Find someone else for your business printing needs. Local print shops are a better idea.
Very Professional! I first made contact with CanadaCopy via email with a question about how to get the front and back covers of a proposed book to blend in. They replied back almost immediately with the answer. That was quick! I submitted my .PDF files which included the book, the front and back covers. The proof came back in less than 2 days. I approved. The books were printed and shipped out within 1 week. They arrived today. Excellent Final Product! I'll be printing more books with CanadaCopy.

Canada Copy came up on my Google search for printing a manual. The website was easy to navigate, the price was acceptable and the shipping and quality of my order was great!
Beware this company. Cancelled an order back in Feb said they would refund my money. Won’t return emails and don’t answer their phone. Very good at the taking not so much for the refunding. Will never use again.
