1 star only cause i couldnt give them a 0. Do not waste your time! I have never been so discusted in my life!!! i never write reviews... good or bad. We asked for a MLS listing, Judy made my ill wife unknowigly sign an exclusive agrement( we asked for MLS) They emailed me a copy and said its hard to read but its ok just e-sign or call for more information. I met Judy and asked why its an exclusive deal, she lied straight to my face.. saying its ok it will be MLS listed... yes it would have be after the exlusive time frame passed on the contract she tried to make me sign. I have all emails and texts from this company( this was a brief describtion, not including the discusting emails Judy sent me) no problem sending them off to anyone thinking of using them and doubting this review.
John helped us purchase our first home he was extremely professional when we had matters or questions buying our house. The deal went smooth and we had no hiccups during the process. I would recommend John Martin again and look forward to using him on our second purchase. Thanks John
