I hesitated to write this review, but I feel it's necessary given my recent experience. Following my husband's passing, I contacted his mechanic regarding his truck, hoping to make necessary repairs before selling it. While the mechanic provided some helpful information, there were several aspects of the interaction that left me disappointed. Firstly, despite my husband's prior dealings with Express Truck Repair, where he was promised repairs that never materialized, the mechanic seemed dismissive when I reminded him of this issue. This lack of accountability was concerning, especially given the trust my husband had placed in him. Furthermore, the mechanic's failure to communicate effectively was frustrating. He promised to provide information within a specific timeframe but failed to follow through, leaving me to chase him for updates. This lack of professionalism only added to my stress during an already difficult time. Additionally, the mechanic charged me $120 despite not performing any work on the truck. This felt unfair, especially considering he had failed to address previous damages that he had initially agreed to fix. Most disappointingly, I later discovered that the value of the truck was significantly lower than I had been led to believe. It's disheartening to think that the mechanic didn't communicate this information honestly from the outset, especially given my vulnerability following my husband's passing. Moreover, the mechanic provided me with a quote that was $900 higher than the actual mechanic I ended up taking the truck to, Trusted Auto & Truck Service Inc. The mechanic at Trusted Auto & Truck Service Inc passionately advised me not to spend any money on the truck and instead recommended selling it as is, which ultimately proved to be the right decision. In conclusion, my experience with this mechanic left a sour taste in my mouth. While I had hoped for understanding and support during a challenging time, I instead encountered unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and ultimately, a sense of betrayal. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and prompts the mechanic to reflect on their approach to customer service and honesty.
The most honest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of working with, I know whenever I need to bring my car in there is no need to stress or worry because these guys have me covered, from oil changes to engine swaps they got it
Been with this company for over two years now . I own a transportation company and I’ve had contract of my entire fleet with express truck repairs . They have some great mechanics , precessional admin to work with and great with deadlines ! They deliver !!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! Im in the process of suing him and we're in court! save your self the headache, time and money. This guy is a fraud!! I had to do a engine swap on my truck . He took the job but wasn't qualified to do it, he hired other people to help him He took 7 months with various excuses. At the end he increased the bill from approx 4k to 18k. He sold my truck as well. Most of his reviews are friends and family. We're currently in court awaiting trial date!
After hours call. Was up front and honest on pricing and service timelines. Got the fix done as stated and looks great. Will for sure be using them in the future when we are able to! Fair pricing! Great service! Great guy overall!
Went in to get a CV Shaft replaced for my vehicle, had a great experience with the staff. The mechanics there were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a timely manner and it was all done within my budget! Thank you ! Strongly recommend!
horrible service, got car back with damages which they refused and made horrible excuses for. went in for a cheap job now i have to spend a fortune more to find new parts for my car that are very difficult to find. definitely wouldn’t go there even as a last resort
