He provided incredible advice on exactly which car and model suited my needs best. I really appreciated his honesty—he guided me on how to save money on different add-ons and finance options rather than just trying to upsell me. It felt like he truly had my best interests in mind. I also want to thank Himanish, Sales Manager, who was instrumental in getting the deal done. He made the trade-in and negotiation process transparent and worked hard to secure a deal that I was happy with. The delivery process was the cherry on top; the car was pristine and ready to go. I appreciate the genuine effort from the entire staff. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Volvo Lakeridge!
I just want to take a moment to recognize how incredible the team at Lakeridge Volvo was last Friday. My family and I were on our way to Montreal in our 2023 XC90 when the low-coolant warning light came on along Hwy 401. It wasn’t the first time I’d noticed it, so I searched for the nearest Volvo dealership and found Lakeridge, just a few minutes off the highway. I called and spoke with Bruce, Assistant Service Manager, who told us to come right over even though it was already 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Bruce and one of the head service techs, Adam, immediately took a look at our vehicle. They gave it a very thorough inspection and confirmed there didn’t appear to be any leaks in the system. The coolant level was extremely low, though thankfully nothing more serious. Not only did they top it up, but they also sent us on our way with half a jug of coolant to keep in the car, just in case. That level of service is beyond impressive. Most dealerships would have told me they were closing and to go find a local mechanic, but instead this team welcomed us in, took care of us right before closing, and gave us peace of mind for the rest of our road trip. My Volvo was purchased at a different dealership in Ontario, but I can honestly say Lakeridge impressed me so much that I’d gladly return here for service and would absolutely consider buying my next vehicle from them. First-class experience all the way.
First off, Sean was amazing. I was really interested in getting the yellow 2025 ex30. Keep in mind that this vehicle was not listed online but was used as a service/loaner vehicle. I only found out because Sean had mentioned it. After going over some lease papers and getting the price close to what I wanted, I was ready to sign. My wife and I had a few more questions that we submitted the next morning. Sean had told me that his salesperson colleague had a long time volvo customer of his that was (all of a sudden) interested in the same vehicle. They have had this vehicle over 6 months, and it had over 6600kms on it. So you're telling me after having this vehicle for so this long, all of a sudden one of your customers you know are interested because I messaged and was in the process of purchasing. Afterwards Sean messaged saying they had purchased it. Strange right. He then told me he had a black 2025 ex30 for sale, so I asked for him to send me more information for a lease etc. Nothing was ever sent. Sorry guys, but you had this coming and you know you deserve it. Thanks again.. Frank

I don't buy cars often, but when I do; I come here! I can't say enough about this store! I took an xc60 for a test drive, and ended up buying one like one in the showroom. I loved it! Paulina was my sales person, she did a great job showing me all the cool features. From start to finish, my buying experience here was stellar. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process, and as a woman buying by myself, my search lead me to lots of other dealerships, but none compared. Also - quick shout out to the manager Jennifer Gattellaro! She was so nice and has a really great team there! Thanks everyone for a great car buying experience!
