It is a walk-in clinic so we expected long wait times so we waited 4 and half hour and realized how patiently poor receptionist was dealing with rude patients ?. If you are walk-ins patient thank them they are there in your difficult times. Specially on Sunday when so many clinic close early and they worked until 5. Dr Ward saw my two nieces with full attention and pharmacy people were very thorough and knowledgeable. God bless them.

There is no minimum age to get medical attention in Ontario. My almost 15 year old son tried to check himself in to see a Doctor and the receptionist refused him medical attention without an adult present. I will be reporting to the Ontarion College of Physicians.

Would not recommend. Waste of time and efforts to get help with my issues. They sent a referral for me that had gotten declined and no one called me to let me know. When I went back to the clinic the doctor opened my file to see what went wrong and there was a big red note saying "Task Overdue" that no one would take responsibility for. I saw two different doctors, the first one Donna Li I will never see again.

On Saturday, October 4th., I went in for a check up at this walk-in clinic. I found Dr. Lam to be exceptionally thorough in discussing and understanding the issue I was in for. I did not have any appointment for X-ray or ultrasound. Doctor Lam having discussed my problem with me....asked Jennifer at the reception of this lab to accommodate me for an ultrasound. Service and care provided by Jennifer thereafter was exceptionally good...till I got thru the ultrasound. On a scale of 1-10, I give Jennifer 11. Thank you Dr. Lam and Jennifer.

Recently I visited this place twice. On my first visit I was under spell of worst of my lifetime viral flu.(even after flu shot) The wet cough was severe and it appeared as I was draining out mucus from lungs. I was seen by Dr Lum (God bless him). He took me seriously and checked my lungs sound. He ordered Chest X-ray and look what? I received a call from him next working day that I have developed pneumonia and he vigilantly Rx me an antibiotics (as I am allergic to penicillin). My second experience was with Dr Donna Li (God bless her). I visited her for swollen tummy, air lock, poop block, severe pain. She gave me enough time, took history, checked bowl sounds. She ordered X-ray and look what? I received call from her with in hour of doing x-ray, but I missed her call, next day was Sunday, she tookout her time and called me first thing in the morning and told me she suspects bowel obstruction and she sent me referral for CT over email. So I have all praises for this clinic BUT if your issue is wait time this place is not for you. I think wait times are high because doctors are brilliant, good bed side manners and good at diagnosis.

Waited less than an hour They didn’t ask what we were there for before we were given a mask but literally no one else was given one after us. Place smells so bad and the plants are most likely the culprit. The doctor came into the room, didn’t immediately sanitize his hands like I’m used to with my family doctor. He barely looked at my very angry and very sick daughter before saying that she most likely has a virus and there’s nothing we can do for it. Went for a second opinion at my family doctors office 2 days later and was told why she has all her symptoms, she was looked at properly, and is now on antibiotics for the two ear infections she has! What the hell?

The receptionist was very helpful by understanding I couldn’t wait an hour in a busy waiting room with a sick baby. She told me what the approximate wait time was and when I returned, I was seen shortly after. The clinic is managed well considering how busy it is.

Hi Marina, thank you for your feedback and for helping us improve. We’re sad to learn about your experience at the clinic. Re: the mask policy, it is to ensure safety of our patients and employees due to the high-risk nature of walk-in consultations and to minimize any transmission risk. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected], so your experience can be looked into.
