The staff at Durham Radiology were unreasonable. I arrived just 5 minutes late, largely because the plaza was busy and there was no parking available, yet they refused to proceed with my ultrasound and insisted on rescheduling. Preparing for a pelvic ultrasound requires a lot of effort—especially drinking all that water—and being turned away after that is incredibly frustrating. Patients should not be treated this way.
I’ve been coming to them since 2009 and always doing their best normal excellent staff very clear and patient even when they have their busy times am always at ease and comfortable when I leave big fat thank you to all the staff
I would have not even given 1 star for the experience we faced here with the ultrasound technician. she was very unprofessional and rude. would not recommend this place to waste your time. All you will feel is rushed and not at all respectful. front desk staff is fine but technicians are unprofessional. This was the second time and same experience with 2 difference technician.
Extremely rude front desk staff. You ask her a question and very cold answers.have empathy towards patients. Please teach your front desk to answer phone calls in an appropriate manner
I had an excellent experience with the ultrasound technician Mir, he had excellent customer service, he paid attention to details and was very thorough, i appreciate how kind and patient he was. It was evident he cares about his work and the patients. Highly recommend
I have never left a review before, but I just have to share my experience. I live in Barrie and I needed an ultrasound. The waiting list here was weeks long. I called Durham Radiology Associates in Ajax and they were able to book me in THE NEXT DAY! I have had several ultrasounds in the past, but their technician, Mir, took it to another level! He was excellent and explained as he went along including which organs he was scanning. It really changed the experience for me. My family doctor even got the results the next day! Their facility and staff is TOP NOTCH A++. I will return again for any similar procedures that I need, and I HIGHLY recommend that everyone use their services!
Great experience!! Cindy, the lady at the reception. She is so nice and accommodating. Shelly, the x-ray tech. She is the best. I was a bit scared to do the mammogram but she made me feel comfortable and relax. Very professional. Highly recommend
