This place is confirmed to be a car chop shop. They steal cars and chop them up at this shop. Literal criminals. They found 8 cars on location at 5th gear auto. Do not use this service.
Today is Sunday, March 26, 2023. I went to this place about two months ago to get my car repaired. My car had some problems, they repaired my car. They were nice to me. Everything was great. I was delighted and impressed. I paid them about $1000 for parts and labor. After a month, I found out that they installed very cheap and used parts on my car. After two months, I had to have the same thing done on my car by another mechanic. So friends, the moral of the story is not to go here. They are very dishonest and unprofessional people. They do not care about others. They only care about their pockets. Someone should report them to the authorities. They are unbelievable, and they really disappointed me. I am not accusing them. I have the proof.
Don’t recommend this place. Called asking if they had the part I needed said they had it then all of a sudden they didn’t have it and didn’t know what I was talking about. Dealt with the same person too. Will not be returning to this place.
Best shop I’ve been to! Staff is very friendly and honest. Haven’t been to a mechanic this honest and they take their time to ensure the job is done correctly. Will definitely be returning !
