This is the only location I’ve ever been too, so I can’t speak for all 747 but this one specifically has always had what I needed when I needed it and the times that I didn’t need something right away they still had the parts I was looking for, regardless of rarity. There was one time where they didn’t have it at that location and due to the sudden need, they got it for me before closing and I got my car back on the road. Always helpful, knowledgeable and their customer service over the phone is really good at calling me back when they say they will. One thing I would change is the headquarters or whoever it is that answers the phone before transferring me, they’ve never had an answer for anything I’ve asked for and so I find that “middle man” completely unnecessary. Other than that, 0 complaints and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
What an absolutely terrible place, I was in there a few minutes ago and the guy with the white beard literally admitted to me that they don't keep customer records so they can do less warranties on things that they sell. You guys really need to get with the times we're living in digital age.
My partner is a licensed mechanic and went in to buy front and back brake pads and rotors for my entire car, he took apart the back and installed them they were the correct pieces for the back, and then he went to do the front and they had given him the wrong parts. I called the store to be met with a disgruntled manager saying it was a miss communication on MY end. HOW IS IT a miss communication when i got the right back brakes but not the front… thats a mess up on this company's part. Waste of my time and money going here to be blamed for their screw up.
After going to eleven different places to try and find a match for a o-ring I needed, I stumbled upon this place, found an exact match. Service was excellent!
Great and timely service. Good price with excellent customer service. If they don’t have your vehicle’s part they will arrange it for you. Udday and Steve they helped me a lot.
Always great service! Very respectful gentlemen and always help me with a smile. No matter what I need they always find it from simple parts to specialty tools and cr parts.
This is an average place. Their parts prices are high and they always get my parts wrong. The owner of the store doesn't know anything about the part business and he is wasting people time
