The person is dishonest to the core. He does not give you the price upfront, and when you go for pickup he charges extra without reason. He is absolutely disrespectful and has zero customer service. He openly says to go elsewhere if you don't like the service. Please avoid this at all cost.
This is the worst dry cleaners in Durham Region. The owner changes prices on a monthly basis and cannot remember what his rates are. Terrible, disgusting man with zero customer service skills. Take your business elsewhere.
I wished I read these reviews before taking my two expensive winter jackets to this garbage establishment! I wanted to get two jacket cleaned they charged $65 to clean each $146.** after tax. They said it would take a week to get cleaned because it takes a “professional” process to get cleaned. I called a week later to pick up my jackets they said it wasn’t ready and they’ll call me once they’re done. They called me hours later to pick up my jackets. Once I got there, I noticed the terrible job they did. One of my jackets lost about 70% of its down and the other one looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. I’m sure they cleaned my jackets once I called them that day to pick up my jackets and they did a rush job. In all, BOYCOTT this place so they can stop the terrible work and close down for good!
Terrible Experience – Wouldn't Trust Them Again! I am beyond disappointed with the alterations service I received here. I brought a pant that needed a simple alteration and some slight adjustments, and what I got back was a complete disaster. The service was incredibly poor. When I finally picked up my pant not only was the hem uneven, but the adjustments were badly done. The fit was worse than before I brought it in, and there were noticeable stitching errors along the seams. I pointed this out to the staff, and they just shrugged it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. To top it all off, the customer service was awful. I tried to speak to the owner about fixing the issues, but they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all. I ended up having to go to a different place to get the alterations fixed, and it cost me even more money.
I had a terrible tear in my pants. He was upfront and honest about the fact he’d have to patch it to fix it, so I appreciated the transparency. My suit was dry cleaned perfectly. He didn’t call to let me know it was done, so I think this something he could improve on. Otherwise, I was happy with his work.
had my jacket cleaned recently..it looks worst than the way it went in…jacket has scratches, all buttons are discoloured..didn’t seem like it was washed professionally….owner of the shop didn’t care much..kept dissing and yelling.. Unprofessional job.
I took a pair a khakis to get altered (trimmed from a 32 to a 30 in length) and to my surprise, the pants are still too long. Either I shrunk in two days, or the pants were never altered (I believe that it was latter). I do not recommend this place.
