She is by far the best alteration works I've had. Finished 2 days ahead of schedule and gave me an excellent service experience. Reasonable pricing as well.
Terrible experience overall. Spoke with Anh over the phone and decided to drop a couple pairs of pants off to be hemmed. Upon arrival Anh’s, home had a very strong food odour. I decided to leave the pants with her anyways. She assured me they’d be ready 4 days later. I called on the 5th day to see if they were ready and got no response. On the 6th day I called again and she said they were ready. I told her I’d be by in 10 mins. As soon as I turned onto her street, she called me to say only one was ready and the other one was more challenging and not ready yet. She assured me they’d be ready the following day. Now a week after having dropped them off I went to pick them up and the work was absolutely awful. The pants were machine stitched with a nylon thread that has left lasting holes in the pants. There is unfortunately no saving the pants even after removing the terrible hem job. Save your money and go elsewhere where. In addition to the bad job, she tried to up charge me even though I was dissatisfied with her work.
I needed a rush job on my wedding dress, I only had a month for alterations and she had no problems getting it done! Not only does it fit great but she adjusted the length and bustle seamlessly. She's quick and easy and does great work.
I have been going to Ann now for over 7 years and she is nothing short of amazing. Any time I've needed something altered she was available to do it...even when I needed something the same day. I can't begin to tell you how phenomenal she is

Very dodgy business and very BAD choice - it's a cash-only, backroom business that operates out of a residential home (not sure how neighbors feel about all the cars, etc.?)...and surprisingly, it's actually very expensive. Woman barely spoke English so you're not sure she understood what you asked. The jeans she altered weren't done as asked, she used wrong thread, and when I pointed this out she wouldn't fix her mistakes unless I paid more.
