Our first time to use this cleaners. Picked up dry cleaning and still dirty. Unbelievable. We have never experienced this with any other dry cleaners. It was our first and last time.
I would not recommIend them poor customer service I have given them business in the past and I was pleased. This last time I was told it would be ready on tues.I GO IN ON TUESDAY AND IT WAS NOT READY. SHE SAID THAT IT WAS A COMPUTER ERROR. IGO WEDNESDAY AND IWAS TOLD FIRST FAMILY EMERGENCY THAN FAMILY DEATH EITHER ONE I am sorry to hear that. To go back for the third time. She basically hands over my jacket with no consideration at all and that's what you call good customer service. I DON'T
Just had a horrible experience here. I had the zippers replaced on 2 pairs of pants here a few weeks ago. Both were worn twice since they were fixed and the zippers BOTH broke. One the stitching came loose and there is a hole in the material and the whole zipper fell apart on the other. When I went in again to discuss this, the owner immediately starting yelling at me telling me it was my fault. When I told her she shouldn't talk to people like that she laughed at me.
Terrible place for alteration, this lady name Merry destroyed my suit. Very unprofessional, angry and uneducated person. Took my money first then destroyed my suit for the name of alteration. Don’t go there and be careful of this place.
I have been getting my clothes dry-cleaned here for over 8 years and I have not once asked for a rush order. Today out of necessity, my wife took clothes that I need for this Friday. It was a few shirts and 2 pairs of pants. They told my wife that maybe it can be done, if not then Tuesday. As a very loyal customer and person, I am very disappointed in the way this request was handled. Needless to say, I will be loyal to another dry-cleaning service moving forward who can accommodate a once every 8 year special request.
Extremely bad attitude and horrible service. My shirts came back with the stain on it and when I asked why she was angry to even tell me very bad attitude. I’ll never give them my business.
If there was an option for no stars, that’s what I would give them. My daughter dropped off a bridesmaids dress, she was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Drove 40 minutes there, one way, to be told the woman had forgotten about it. No apology, and the dress wasn’t even there for her to take home and go somewhere else because the woman had taken it to her house. She was supposed to have a second fitting done to make sure it was fine on the Tuesday. But however, it wasn’t ready so I had to go pick it up on Thursday. And she didn’t get a final fitting. Wedding is Saturday two days from pick up. Never recommending this place. So rude.
