My feelings are mixed. I was there for my mom's wedding day and our appointments were for 1pm (3 of us). By the sounds of it, the owner squeezed in her regulars in today when they didn't have an appointment, so I didn't actually get seated until 1:30pm (and another party member was after me). I don't mind being behind but it was the total lack of caring...we basically just sat there without any attention for the first 20 mins - not even an apology. Yikes! Thankfully the decor is nice so you kind of have things to look at while you're twiddling your thumbs waiting on your appointment to be acknowledged. Overall though, my mom was VERY happy with her hair which made the experience worthwhile. However, there are signs everywhere that give patrons $5 off their next cut for a 5-star review on Google...so not sure how that plays in to the high rating here. Certainly left me with a bit to be desired.
We are visiting from Orange County, California for a family wedding and Meagan made my hair look glamorous for the occasion. The salon looked. Gorgeous, glamorous and all the staff were so professional, on point with every detail covered!! They listened and accomplished what we all wanted to look like!!You will not be disappointed when you visit this salon to make you feel glam and gorgeous !!!
Had a great experience here.They do a consultation before they start , so they know exactly what you want .I feel pampered when Im here, coffee or tea are always served , great conversation and the best part is my hair has never looked better ! Will definitely come back and tell all my friends and family. They offer Referral incentive programs so you get compensated every time you send someone in.Prices are reasonable, You only get what you pay for .
Very professional and friendly- the service is on point and prices are affordable. Ive gotten my eyebrows done here and considering I am very picky- I was impressed! If you want great service and great prices- this is your place. I find all the staff very friendly and a nice environment to be in- clean and up to date with nice chairs. Highly recommend this place.
I was very impressed with the service here. I went for a hair cut which includes shampoo, a bit of a head massage, cut and style. I cut my hair considerably short and since I recently moved to Ajax with no referral or reviews about any hair stylist, its usually quite nerve wrecking to try it with someone new. Meagan was amazing though. She started off with a consultation and I felt at ease throughout my experience. I think I have found "my" stylist in Ajax and I would highly recommend going to her. Thanks Meagan, i love my angled bob and its exactly the way I wanted it
