I have been 3 times so far for a haircut, and haven't had to wait at all. I used to go to first choice avidly, even after trying other places, mainly because there were no mistakes with the cut. I was skeptical at first but Sport Clips is quite the experience, but most importantly, a great hair cut. This is my new haircutting place and I have already been referring anyone I can to go there.
Wasn't cheap at $25 including tax, but compare the cut; extras and service with the local quick cuts at $17 and the results are well worth the extra. Valerie cut my shoulder length hair, trimmed eye brows and beard, I've had lots of complements. Went from 70 year old homeless relic to respectable 55 year old, good enough to marry :D Thanks Val. I be back...NB I see there were complaints about line ups. I went in on Monday the 26th, at about 11 am. it was just me, Val and the desk girl... one other person came in while I was there. You have to pick your times. The other thing, is the signing up, most people don't realize just how much of their shopping (in person and online) is tracked and monitored. It is only going to get worse and eventually be unavoidable. Sports Cuts is just more obvious. As one person said, if you want to hide a drop of water, you pour it into an ocean. But each their own.

Good customer service but just average quality haircut for the price you pay.
I have been to different barber shops in the area and this one is the best. I love the Shampoo massage and even better now that I can check in using my phone. Recommended!
