I honestly don't know what I'd do without my broker, Julia, at Best Buy. She makes everything so easy. I trust her. I've been with her for probably ten years (wow), and I've never had an issue. When I've had my collisions, or even just for silly questions, she's always there and accessible. She returns calls and emails quickly; I never have to chase her. She is also patient and great at explaining things, as well as kind. I feel assured and protected with her that I'll always have the best rate and the best insurance. I highly recommend this company.
Great coverage but the service isn't exactly 5 stars. Never got my pink slip sent to me when I requested it multiple times for 3 months, I had to walk in and watch them print it. Furthermore if it's 330pm in the afternoon or later, don't count on service.

Our account was proactively reviewed at renewal, with recommendations from our Broker about features to add or remove customized to our specific needs. We were surprised to learn about coverage available for things we werent even aware of, along with some things we were paying for, but didnt really need. After tweaking our policy, we ended up with a policy that made the most sense for us, while the premium remained fairly flat. It was a refreshing change being treated like a valued client instead of a number. I have recommended Best Buy Insurance to multiple friends and family since switching over, which isnt something I normally do. Finding a knowledgeable and honest Insurance Brokerage these days is like finding a trusted mechanic- you need to let people know, as many industries can easily take advantage of their customers these days.
We have been with Best Buy insurance for over 20 years. About 5 years ago we were involved in an accident where we were hit by a drunk driver. Our car was completely totalled but Best Buy took care of it without issue. Since we have been a client for so many years I thought it would be a good idea to shop around for prices. Best Buy was by far the least expensive for our coverage plan. Julia Lomg has been our insurance agent for around 10 years and has always provided exemplary service to us.

Not only did Gillian and her team provide me a great quote, each year they continue to update me on new items to consider adding or deleting when renewing the policy. The have made me feel valued and appreciated over these years, qualities that are not so easy to come by.
