A terrible company to work with. Out to screw over their clients only. we had a claim against us that was completely false. While awaiting a court date, which recently passed, in which it was shown we werent at fault, the cooperators had (name removed) do her own "investigation " and concluded, with no evidence and only from talking with the other persons lawyer, that we must have been guilty and paid out on the claim as well as dinged my insurance and tried to go after my moms as well because i lived at her home for a period of time. So the cooperators assumed guilt because it benefited them and they wouldn't wait to see what happened in court. Then they tried to get me to renew for another year of insurance with them but for an additional $2000. Who in their right mind will pay $3500 a year for insurance on ONE car when they have a clean driving record?
