I was looking for paint and had the pleasure of discussing finishes and colours with Troy who was extremely patient and helpful with helping me understand what would work best for me! He even told me to take my time deciding my colour so I would be completely happy! I then came back the next day to get the paint and had the pleasure of working with Arshita who very patiently walked me through my needs to get started and I left a very happy customer!
I visited the Dulux paint store today with zero knowledge about paints, and I have to say—I was incredibly lucky to be assisted by Arshita. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She helped me get the color matched perfectly and took the time to explain everything I needed to know without making me feel overwhelmed or out of place. Her professionalism and customer service were outstanding. If you’re heading to this store, I highly recommend asking for Arshita—she truly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Both Matthew and Bryson are amazing and are super helpful. I would forget BMoore, these guys color match everything with precision and have helped with virtually any questions I've had. I would recommend to anyone.

Super friendly, well stocked, great discount for CAA members. I was very happy to pick up some Dulux ceiling paint here. The paint is actually just 'ok', but the store was super.
While they may know how to match a colour they are not very helpful. Another Dulux paint store screwed up our colour match, they made a big deal about loosing the colour that we got. If I was happy with that colour I would not be asking to get it fixed. Bottom line was I had to go back to the store that can't match Dulux paint colours and get them to screw up again. If you need paint to to Sherwin Williams. I Update. I went to the orignal store and a different worker was able able to get the exact colour without needing a new can...all she did was the math on the change in tint. Both cans came out perfect. The Ajax store just wanted to sell product and have you deal with the mess. So shameful, and environmentally reckless.
