Fluffy Pets lost my business for several reasons. The first being my dog was getting cuts around 90 and they changed the price randomly to us to 150. My dog is 18lbs. The second is customer service being so rude, yes we get it's not your business but do not treat us with disrespect. The third is they stopped caring about our particular requests, it's our dog, not yours. Good for you cutting 4 dogs a day, but listen to us
Clean, and friendly staff. Great communication. I’ve been bringing my senior cockapoo here for a year now. No complaints! They always do what I ask and have my dog done within a few hours. Would recommend if you’re in need of a dog groomer.
I bring my 3 year old male Cockapoo to get groomed and he comes out beautiful every time. I get updates via calls or text should he require a more shorter cut than requested. So far, my dog seems to like it here…he even fell asleep once during grooming which is a first for him. I am glad Buster found it relaxing!
I can't say enough great things about Lolita at Fluffy Pets in Ajax! I first took my dog Leo to her when he was a puppy in Scarborough, and I was thrilled to find her again at this new location. Lolita has been grooming Leo for years, and I truly appreciate her expertise and attention to detail. Leo always comes back smelling amazing and looking brand new — she always gets his cut exactly how I want it, and I'm very picky! Now at 9 years old, Leo has developed some allergies, and Lolita has gone above and beyond, offering helpful tips to manage his flare-ups and skin issues. I took my dog to Fluffy Pets today for a groom and I was extremely disappointed. My dog looks butchered and it seems the grooming was done by an amateur. Needless to say I would NOT be taking my dog there again.
Brought my dog in for a groom and they did a horrible job. Couldn't take him to my usual groomer due to medical reasons and they did an entirely worse job and took 4 hours to do so. Horrible experience and price for what was done, wouldn't recommend to anyone
We have a sheepadoodle who is relatively energetic. Took her to Fluffy Pets in Ajax for the first time where she was groomed by Lolita. Absolutely amazing! Best groom ever. The owner, Emma, was really wonderful to deal with because I had quite a few questions and requests. I cannot recommend this place enough and we are so happy to have found them.
