The first time I went, the grooming centre next to Teddy’s Herongate clinic as his doctor suggested the door was closed.Since that Petsmart was his spot .Last time it was fully booked so I had a bit of a mishap grooming Teddy myself oops, nail trimming didn't go as planned? but the kind staff at this grooming clinic came to the rescue, treating his tiny cut with care. The Asian staff member(sorry I don’t know her name ) who helped was an absolute angel - so kind & gentle! We booked a same-day grooming session, & they even threw in a cute Christmas belt for Teddy. Highly recommend this spot for pet grooming - it's Teddy's new fave place!
We took our Golden and Aussie there this past week! Tessa is AMAZING! I tried my absolute best to describe what I wanted done and it was like she read my mind!!! Highly recommended, lovely group of ladies. They take incredible care of the dogs in their care ( Duchess got soooo many treats!) Next time I’ll grab photos xo

I took my 2 dogs to Pup Care by Dani, I’m very hesitant where I take my dogs as they are nervous about strangers. Tessa groomed and took amazing care of my dogs, she did a phenomenal job on them. My mom brought my 13 month old Shih Tzu in today for her second ever full groom. The last one was done at a local pet store. They did an alright job, but my mom said she intends to take our dog to Dani from now on. She smells great after her visit today and she has a very short cut for the summer.

Dani is amazing. So friendly, welcoming, didn’t rush, explained everything so well; took good care of my baby and made him extra handsome.♥️ I was a bit nervous taking my 11 old month Morkie to the groomer because of past few experiences. I have advised Dani ahead of time, as well as on our visit. She said not to worry and it’s all good. When I went to get my little guy, he looked so handsome, happy and was playing there; and didn’t cry to run to me. Which was a shocker. She made him feel so comfortable. Thank you so much.
