Go to location for my dogs apparel. They have a great selection of pjs, life jackets, harnesses and jackets I've gotten all my dogs stuff from here. Great quality too and often have sales. I recommend!

Every visit bracketed by a genuinely warm greeting and always offers to carry heavy items to car. Question, Returns and exchanges handled kindly and expertly. This is my favourite pet store, I'm there often. Product is great and sales are good. Staff are all good but Aaron and Jessie deserve an extra big call out. They are both super helpful, knowledgeable and consistently friendly with customers. I look forward to seeing them when I go and they have helped me learn so many things to help my dogs.
Tried Ren’s Ajax after unsavoury experience trying to get food at Whitby location. Both Ren’s suggested I come in but living with a high risk person during pandemic, I don’t want to. I ordered two days ago and have heard nothing at all. Cutting out the middle man and ordering straight from raw food distributor cause this is nonsense.
