Friendly and courteous staff. The pharmacist was really friendly and asked about our coverage vs government program for infant medication. Called when pick up was ready.
My kiddo was in urgent need of a compound medication and the pharmacist kindly prepared it for us very quickly, even though it was close to their closing time. We are forever thankful ❤️
Wonderful compounding pharmacy located in Pickering. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone! We got our medication prepared every 2 weeks without needing to follow up or check in. They were always on time and always provided great service.
The place looks very upscale but don't be fooled, it's all window dressing. They gouged me out on a compound mixture for my Dad. Absolutely, ridiculously expensive.
August 18, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by Care & Cure, Pickering Village Pharmacy located in Ajax on Old Kingston Road, a pharmacy that had been recommended by one of my doctors for its reputation in compounding. My objective was to locate Wild Yam Cream. Upon entering, I was promptly welcomed and offered assistance. Despite my potential confusion about the specific product, Mena took the time to engage with me, asking insightful questions and conducting a search to enhance my understanding. I'm truly thankful for the dedicated support from the staff and their attentive approach to addressing my requirements.
I took a prescription there to be filled, they informed me that it would take a few days; when I arrived on the date given it was not ready. They said I should come back even though I told them that I lived far away. They did not take the initiative to call me prior to advise that they were not able to meet the time they set.
I called in less than 30 minutes before closing to get medicines for my LO. They hadn’t received the prescription from my doctor but were considerate to called me once they received it. Not only they had it ready within minutes but they also stayed late till we arrived at the pharmacy. A big thank you from this mama!
